Product Returns and Exchanges
Return Period
You may return products within 7 days of receipt, whether used or not.
Return Conditions
- Product is in good condition, with no loss in value
- Packaging, labels, and accessories are intact
Return Procedure
- Email billing@leaferdesign.com to request a return
- Ship the product at your own expense to: 1 LN 139, Changrong RD Section 5, North District, Tainan City 704007, TAIWAN
- We'll inspect the product within 3–5 business days
- We'll email you the result and begin the refund if everything checks out
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 5–7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product is defective)
- You'll be notified by email once the refund is complete
Non-Returnable Cases
- Product value has been diminished by use
- Past the 7-day return period
- Damage caused by the customer
- Product has been cleaned or disassembled
Exchange Service
If your product is defective or doesn't match your order, you may request an exchange. We'll cover shipping.
